LWS Student Club

为了让全校学生了解学校社团的情况，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力及合作意识，提高学生的综合素质，和扩大学校社团的影响力，美高学校将举办学生社团公开日活动。

In order to help students understand the situation of School Clubs, cultivate students’ innovative spirit and sense of cooperation, Living Word Shanghai Maqiao Campus will organize Student Club Fair

社团游园会时间

Club Fair  Dates

9月6日 P6 15：20—16：10

9月6日15:00，所有社团负责人到达游园会现场进行布置；（社团负责人当日P5 提前20分钟请假，15:00）

From 15:00 on September 6th , leaders and vice leaders of all clubs will be in charge of setting up the exhibition. EX from 3:00 pm（20 min earlier）

9 月 6 日下午15:20，所有班级的同学必须参加游园会；在各个社团处登记。

At 15:20, all students may participate the club fair; 

社团游园会时间学生社团政策和程序

Student Club Policy and Procedure 

.  每个学生至少需要选择两个社团，并且需要根据时间表参加俱乐部(每个学生需满足两年的慈善类社团。）

.  每个学生的俱乐部出席率将被添加到Gradelink中

.  每个学生都需要加入社团的在线小组(例如微信)

.  每个学生在 P6 整个阶段必须出席社团活动（每周二，周三16：00-16：45）

.  如学生因故不能出席社团，应通知社团领导人并说明原因，否则将被记为缺席

.  学生社团政策和程序

Each student needs to choose at least two clubs and attend clubs according to the schedule

Each student’s club attendance will be added to Gradelink

Each student needs to join the club’s online group (e.g., WeChat)

Each student has to be present in all club meetings for the whole Period 6

If, for some reason, a student cannot attend the club, he/she should notify the Club Leader and explain the reason, otherwise attendance will be marked as Absent
