莱克顿小班化教学使学生受到足够的关注，师生充分有效沟通，学科老师能给予学生及时全面的学术指导，第一时间响应学生的需求，针对不同学生提供因人而异的学术指导授业解惑。

与此同时，学生通过不断探索自己的兴趣领域，慢慢寻觅到最能够发挥自己潜能与志向的专业领域，也在专业选择方向等方面变得更加理性。加之升学指导老师通过日常的一对一沟通辅导及其他不同形式帮助学生量身定制适合他们个人情况的升学指导规划方案，协助他们做出最佳的升学选择，并得以让他们在大学专业继续发挥所长。

Lucton allows students to receive adequate attention. The teachers and students communicate fully and effectively. Through daily communication and other forms of counseling, the Lucton university guidance team helps students to make the best choices for their individual situations.

Year after year, the school assists students in their pursuit of the world-renowned schools and in applying for majors that suit their interests.
