上海尚德实验学校是一所扎根中国大地办学的“IB世界学校”。作为中华国际文凭学校协会（IB CISA）的发起学校之一，是大中华地区（包含中国大陆、香港、澳门、台湾等地）唯一被IB国际文凭组织官方认可的学校联盟组织的副会长单位，也是上海市首个三个项目一贯制的中国学校。尚德也是市教委21所国际高中试点学校之一。
